Ceu Committee Chair

Natalie Bellot, LCSW

Natalie Bellott, LCSW is a psychotherapist in private practice with an office located in Old Metairie. She holds a B.A. in Studio Arts and a Masters in Social Work from Louisiana State University.

Prior to private practice, experience as a hospice social worker helped shift her intention to work and learn more on the resolution of traumatic stress. As an SEP in-training and an EMDR trained therapist, she incorporates different treatment modalities into her work, with an emphasis on body-oriented techniques. Currently she works with adults, and has experience and special interest in working with artists and creatives. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is especially important for allowing people to realize their capacity for change and she provides a warm, accepting, and welcoming environment to facilitate growth. Natalie strongly believes in working collaboratively with her clients to identify their strengths and ways to cope with barriers and triggers through a trauma informed lens and the use of evidence-based practices
