Michele Thibodeaux is a highly dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-BACS) based in Youngsville, Louisiana. With extensive experience spanning across acute inpatient care, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Michele has built a career centered on advocating for patients navigating complex mental health challenges. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Louisiana State University and is deeply invested in elevating the standard of mental health care within her community.

As the founder and owner of MMT Therapy and Wellness, LLC—collaboratively located within the offices of Enso Psychiatric Services—Michele provides specialized, compassionate telehealth and targeted in-person therapy services. Her clinical focus includes supporting working professionals, and she offers advanced, evidence-based interventions like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help individuals find swift, meaningful relief from trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-harm.

Throughout her career, Michele has been a steadfast champion for vulnerable populations, including individuals managing chronic mental illness and dual-diagnoses. She brings a wealth of interdisciplinary expertise to her practice, with a background that includes eight years dedicated to inpatient psychiatric care.
